Yes. Plans are month to month and can be canceled with 30 days notice. Your website and content are always yours.
Do I need a care plan if you built my site?
For hand-coded sites it is optional but recommended. WordPress sites require the Care plan or higher, because WordPress needs regular updates to stay secure.
Can you take care of a site you did not build?
Usually, yes. We review the site first to make sure it is in a state we can safely maintain, and let you know if anything needs fixing before we take it on.
What counts as a content update?
Everyday changes like new text, swapped photos, updated prices or hours, a new team member, a seasonal special, or a new blog post from your own writing.
What happens if something goes wrong?
We monitor your site around the clock and keep weekly off-site backups, so if something breaks we are usually the first to know and can restore a clean copy quickly.
